Welcome to CMRC Soccer! CMRC Soccer consists of two separate youth soccer entities. The first is the In House Rec soccer program, and the second is the Phoenix Football Club (PFC) travel soccer program.

Both soccer programs are directed by a separate Soccer Board that is independent from the CMRC Rec Council Board. All Soccer program-related decisions are made by the Soccer Board which is governed by its By Laws. A list of Soccer Board members consists of 100% volunteers. The overall soccer program operates under the umbrella of the Carroll Manor Rec Council’s status as a 501(c)(3) organization and is not for profit.
