Jaclyn Muse

Jaclyn started her dance training at age 3 where she took classes through Ballet and All That Jazz, Washington County Parks and Recreation, and Dancin’ Time Studios. Here, she studied tap, ballet, and jazz. Jaclyn participated in classes as a student and eventually became a dance assistant and teacher.

In high school, Jaclyn attended Barbara Ingram School for the Arts, a fine arts school in Washington County Maryland, where she further advanced her dance career. Here, she was introduced to modern, lyrical, contemporary, pointe, and hip hop. She performed in the 2013 Orange Bowl Halftime Show in Miami Florida as well as countless performances with her dance company. Jaclyn attended Towson University where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Family and Human Services with a concentration in Services to Children and Youth.

She is currently employed with Baltimore County Public schools, working as a special education and high school English teacher. Jaclyn is also currently working on her masters degree in special education from Goucher College. Jaclyn’s favorite style of dance is tap and she is so excited to become part of the Carroll Manor Dance family!
