The Carroll Manor Fitness Program offers a variety of classes.


Zumba & Zumba Toning

Zumba is a type of dance fitness which incorporates Latin (and other) inspired music with dance moves.   Zumba Toning involves the addition of periodic use of light weights to build strength in arms, abs and thighs.

Benefits of Zumba:

  • You burn 369 calories in an average class
  • It is an effective interval-style workout
  • It does not matter what fitness level you are Zumba is entertaining and fun
  • Improves stamina
  • Increases bone density

Strength Training

Strength Training involves the performance of physical exercises designed to improve strength and endurance.  It incorporates the use of weights, calisthenics and isometrics.

  • Elevates HDL (good) cholesterol

Zumba, Strength Training & Kickboxing  (15 weeks)

$90/session– 1 class per week
$180/session – 2 classes per week
$270/session –  3 classes per week, etc

Yoga (15 weeks)

$127/session – 1 class per week
$254/session – 2 classes per week
$380/session – 3 classes per week

Unlimited is back!! (15 weeks) (attend as many classes each week as you want)

$315.00 for Strength, Zumba and Kickboxing classes only

$380.00 for all classes including Yoga

Cancellation Policy

The Fitness Program follows Baltimore County Recreation and Parks schedule during the summer and the Baltimore County Public Schools during the school year.
