Aerobics
An energized hi/lo aerobics class that conditions your cardiovascular
system and improves coordination and balance. This class is
an easy-to-follow aerobic and toning workout. Classes feature
a 30 minute muscle conditioning segment using resistance tubes,
bands, balls, and weights to tone the different muscle groups.
There is a 30- minute calorie-burning aerobic workout and
cool down segment followed by stretching exercises to make
the most of your exercise routine. Bring a mat and water bottle.

Strength Training
When properly performed, strength training can
provide significant functional benefits and improvement
in overall health and well-being, including increased
bone, muscle, tendon, ligament strength and toughness.
Strength training improves joint function, reduces injuries,
increases bone density, produces a temporary increase
in metabolism, improves cardiac function, and elevates
HDL (good) cholesterol. Use of weights, balls, resistant
tubes and bands Bring a water bottle and mat.

Pilates
Pilates works towards conditioning the entire
body. Pilates focus is on developing the core strength
inside the body and elongating the spine. This form
of exercise enhances strength and increases awareness
on proper posture.
